The owner didn’t even know about our reservation, didn’t respond to a message about a late arrival, and we were lucky that a staff member was leaving at the time of our arrival and, after a phone call with the owner, managed to accommodate us. Check‑in is only from 16:00 to 18:00. Breakfast was served on plastic plates, the juice came in a plastic bottle that we couldn’t pour into a glass. Yogurt (plain and fruit), a few pieces of sweet pastry, a wrapped dry biscuit, Nutella, and jam were available. Butter, a bit of bread, and a salty side were missing – breakfast was a big disappointment, something I’ve never experienced elsewhere.

The owners’ hospitality, the well‑furnished and clean room, the breakfast… everything, in short, everything 😍 if you want to relax I recommend it without a doubt 👍🏼. I didn’t find anything negative.

We weren’t sure if the property was truly wheelchair‑accessible because, in theory, we were supposed to have a ground‑floor room, but we ended up on the first floor. We didn’t have anyone in a wheelchair, but we thought it was still appropriate to point that out.

The property is located at the entrance of the small village of Lustignano, a bit isolated. The room is renovated and equipped with air conditioning, which is very appreciated! The hair dryer is also big and efficient. The shower box is rather small. Wi‑Fi is not available at the property, as correctly stated. That’s a service we now expect everywhere, especially considering the price of the stay, which isn’t cheap. The TV in the room gave a “no signal” error. Fortunately my mobile provider had good coverage in the area! A strong perfume in the room can be annoying. The fridge in the room was empty; not providing even a bottle of water upon arrival isn’t ideal. Finally, breakfast is modest in variety, limited to sweets only. For the price paid, I definitely wouldn’t return.

“Consigliato”

A special spot for those who love tranquility and immersion in nature. It feels like stepping back in time with village festivals that truly evoke tradition. Recommended. If I must criticize, the on‑demand TV is missing. Everything else is fine.
