The cliff‑side lodging feels like classic Nusa Penida; getting there is tricky, yet the harbor is a 15‑minute walk from the hotel. The room is tidy, spacious, and boasts a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The pool sits perfectly for the sunset we witnessed. Dinner prices are reasonable and the menu offers plenty of variety. The pancakes were forgettable, likely a matter of European taste rather than product quality.

Breakfast, dinner, and the view were good, but the stairs and cleaning left something to be desired.

We loved the view, the food, and the wonderfully friendly staff; the rooms were comfortable and clean. The approach to the hotel is awful—though it seems close, there’s no direct car access and you must detour behind the property, where the road is full of potholes.
