The place was very dirty and untidy, especially the bathroom.
Very bad—no help, no breakfast, no water in the room, no air conditioning, no cleaning staff, and the staff behaved badly. The management is terrible; they can’t cooperate at all.
I was coming from Arunachal Pradesh and on the way I booked the hotel, at mean time I called hotel reception for the confirmation on my booking and it was already confirmed by the site and hotel reception but when I arrived the hotel I was denied giving the room with a mere excuses telling it was already booked by the Assam government that too at 4:30 am.
