The personnel were very friendly and helpful, and they assisted in getting a better room; the first room lacked everything—no hooks or place to hang towels after a shower, not even a chair—so I was lucky to switch to a newly renovated room.

The staff were smiling, check‑in was easy, and the location is very central; you can also take a hot shower, but the room only had two electric sockets, and they didn’t work.

The location is good, the Wi‑Fi works, there’s a hot shower, and a smart TV, but the bed is horrible with very thin foam that feels like torture if you’re above average weight, and the bathroom is tiny.

The staff were very helpful, but the drains smelled, the gap around the AC was about half an inch letting you see outside, there was no place to hang clothes, the window was full of cobwebs and wouldn’t close properly, and there were loads of mosquitoes.
