The building and the yard setup are excellent, but I wasn’t given the Wi‑Fi password, there was no kettle in the room for making tea, the bed was horrible with a broken base that made a lot of noise, and there was no TV remote in the room.

Everything was fine, except that one lady handed us a dirty utensil and claimed she wasn’t the one handling customer service, insisting we have to call from our room for help.

Everything about this place was exactly as promised - the staff were super friendly and helpful, the bed was really comfy, and the WiFi worked like a charm. We didn't encounter a single issue during our stay, which is always a bonus.

The room itself was nice, with plenty of space and decent furniture. However, things took a turn for the worse on our last day when a heavy rain caused the room to flood - not exactly what you want when you're trying to pack up and leave.
