“The hotel overall was fine aside from the bed. 400 Dollars for a one night stay was very high.”
The hotel was spotless and the staff were welcoming, but the Queen Room’s bed felt uncomfortable.

Everything was clean, the location was handy for medical appointments, and breakfast was tasty, though the shower gel ran out and I had to use shampoo instead.

The place was within walking distance to downtown and plenty of eateries, but the keycards didn’t work for parking entry or exit, the breakfast quality was mediocre, the TV remote was awful, the room needed a better clean (hair found in overlooked spots), the layout felt odd with a desk in the middle, the stairwells had a bad smell, and we couldn’t find a clear exit from the hotel so we had to leave through the parking garage.

The room was immaculate and the spot in town was great, yet the iron was broken.

Friendly staff. Computers were down, so rooms wouldn't lock or unlock. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and handled the situation well. Computers not working, but that wasn't anyones fault. Stuff happens
