The hotel was filthy, with a minimal reception area that felt neglected, a bathroom full of cigarette butts, broken and dirty doors, and an overall sense of disrepair that left me very disappointed.

The neighborhood was great, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room was large with comfortable armchairs, but the overall cleanliness of both the room and the building was lacking, and the bed was not very comfortable (acceptable for just one night).

The location is really convenient, close to the station and some great spots, and the price is reasonable. However, the lighting in the reception area and waiting room could use some improvement.

I was pretty understanding about the no wifi thing, but what really got on my nerves was that nobody apologized or seemed to care. And don't even get me started on the bathroom blower - it's ridiculously loud.
