Weird experience at this hotel - when I got there, they said they don't take online bookings, so I didn't get a room and they wanted double the price. Not exactly what I was expecting.

This place feels really high-end but in a good way - the decor is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and the food is great. It feels like they're actually trying to make sure you're happy.

Everything was really clean and well-maintained - bedding, bathrooms, you name it. Plus, the staff were really helpful and polite the whole time.
