Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The only good parts were the breakfast and how quick and attentive the staff were. The alley that leads to the hotel is awful, a disgrace for a place that claims to welcome tourists. Parking is also unusable; there was only one spot inside the parking area, and the other spot was in the courtyard outside the parking lot, in the alley that leads to the hotel.

The staff who welcomed us were very attentive. The location and entrance are terrible, and Booking did not inform us about our reservation.

The room has a nice view. The room feels cold, lacks maintenance, and there is a light in the entrance.

The room was beautiful and the location was peaceful. The room was very cold and we were charged an extra 20 soles for using a heater. The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful.
