“Es war perfekt!!”
Theresa and Mario were incredibly friendly, treating us to house wine and delighting our kids with fresh strawberries and cherries from their garden, while Emmanuela was always reachable on WhatsApp for any question. The property feels like a slice of paradise, especially the huge second‑floor terrace that was perfect for our children, and the apartment was spotless, well‑equipped and the beds very comfortable. We practically had the dreamy beach to ourselves for ten days, which was fantastic. The doors squeaked a lot, which isn’t great with little ones, so we ended up removing them and greasing the hinges with olive oil (sorry, dear Teresa!), and now they’re silent. It was disappointing to see some guests leaving trash on the beach despite the bins, and we never figured out how the air‑conditioning worked, though we didn’t ask about it either.

The property is in a wonderful spot where peace and silence reign. The apartment is equipped for every eventuality. The owners are very kind and available. I highly recommend it for both short and long stays. Nothing to add.
The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and super tidy, surrounded by greenery and very close to the lake. Emanuela is helpful, as are the parents—friendly and brilliant. A great reference point for visiting Bolsena! Everything was fine.
If you want total relaxation, this is the place. A few minutes by car from Bolsena center, Casale del Contadino is surrounded by green and just a short walk from the lake, with a little beach on the property. The owners are kind and hospitable; the house has everything you need, and for grill lovers there's also a barbecue in the front garden.
