The room was cozy. I liked everything.

The location was great, right next to the Tobalaba metro, MUT, and Costanera Center. The room was spacious, and although the bed was small by couple standards, it was very comfortable. The hotel offers a takeaway snack for guests who have very early outings. Breakfast was very good. The staff member who served us was very cordial and polite. The downside was that the bathroom storage was tiny because of the folding window, so we had to squeeze into the shower. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. I requested a room cleaning and they didn't replace the bath towel because I hadn't left it on the floor (it was dirty). I asked for a later replacement, but that didn't happen. I used the same bath towel for four days.
