I couldn't get a room when I left for KSNA and there was no refund.

The reception area was filthy, littered with trash, looking more like a squat than a hotel. The staff didn’t realize we had a reservation and told us the rooms were full, then finally gave us keys after a while. The corridors were also dirty, with empty bottles and debris everywhere, creating a strange vibe. In the twin‑bed room, one sheet was extremely dirty and the other bed had no sheet at all. The room itself was unclean, poorly maintained, and the bathroom was even worse. Overall, we didn’t feel comfortable and left early. Even though I travel a lot and have stayed in many subpar places, this was too bad. The photos on the site are a lie.
