Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff were genuinely friendly and always ready to help, which made the stay enjoyable, but the hotel's basic facilities are pretty weak—thin carpets, outdated fixtures, and spotty Wi‑Fi. Overall, the service saved the place from feeling too rundown.
