The hotel’s location is fantastic—just a 5‑minute walk from the historic centre. The rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast excellent, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a taxi to the airport and an amazing Colca Canyon day trip. They even let part of our group check in early around 6 am at no extra cost.

The location was close to the centre, the room space was good, and the room was clean. The room lacked natural light and heating even after we requested it. The bathroom window stayed open at a height of 3 m, which we asked to be closed and they refused. The advertised laundry service was not available, and the Junior Suite was close to the street with no sound insulation, so we heard noise all night.

The room was very clean and equipped with towels and a hair dryer. The linen was changed daily and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the location was great. Being in the centre, you can walk around the city.
