The room layout was nice and the king size bed was very comfortable. There was a rip in the comforter when my husband and I checked in. I asked for a replacement, they said they didn’t have more and then the window wouldn’t close so we were up all night hearing the traffic outside. The shower wasn’t fully clean either. Bed was comfy. The room was clean but it really is a 50/50 I’d give the hotel another chance because it has the ability to be good

The staff was outstanding. We were well taken cared of by the entire team. The room was updated and beautifully done

Shower was dripping, way too much noise coming from multiple other rooms and no sound insulation through the hallway door. Overall didn’t look as good as the pictures
