The place was very pretty, comfy, and family‑friendly, but the shower had low water pressure.

The facilities were very clean, yet there was a lot of noise from blenders making smoothies beside the suite from 6 am, and the sound filled the whole room.

The façade and décor looked nice, but I didn’t get the room I was expecting. I was given the ugliest room, with very hard beds, and the window faced a juice shop’s patio; from 6 am the juice‑extractors ran, people talked, music played, and dishes clanged. The kitchen area, microwave, and sink were shared. They should state which room is assigned because the pictures show the best ones.

Excelente los almuerzos. La información que recibí por partr de la srita. con respecto a la seguridad de la puerta principal, como cerrar y abrir, fue excelente. Solo que los inquilinos que nos tocaron dejaban la puerta principal abierta no verificaban que verdaderamente quedara cerrada la puerta, esto sucedió en 3 ocasiones y en la noche, una vez sucedió a las 11 de la noche. Por parte de Uds. Todo excelente, gracias
