A stunning hotel with meticulous décor where wood dominates, giving a cozy, muffled vibe. The welcome was attentive, the room was comfortable, and the dinner was hearty and delicious. The hotel sits in a quiet, charming village near the Taennchel massif.

The reception was not great; the staff were hardly smiling. On arrival we felt like a nuisance, and our room Anna faced the road with double‑glazed windows of very poor quality, making us feel as if cars were passing right through our room even though the windows were shut. There were spider webs, a lack of cleanliness with dust, and the shower wasn’t very clean. It was a real shame because the place has great potential. The evening menu offered only two starters and two dishes, all priced very high, for nothing special. The building’s décor, both outside and inside, is charming with wood.

The building is lovely, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we were delayed by traffic. The dinner was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom attractive. Breakfast was great, with coffee and hot milk served as standard. Modern facilities were tastefully added to a lovely old building.
