I appreciated the hotel's central location near a train station, which made it easy to get around. The area is also safe for walking. However, the person who checked us in was completely unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown, which was conveniently located near a place I had an appointment earlier in the day. However, the hotel's description as a boutique hotel was misleading, as the owner referred to it as a humble hostal. The room was basic, with no towel holder in the bathroom and a shower head that produced strong water jets. Although there was hot water in the shower, the sink only had cold water.

My stay was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel is poorly located with nothing to see or do nearby, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The kitchen facilities were restricted, the beds were extremely hard, and the cleanliness was subpar. To top it off, I didn't even get a receipt.
