I stayed there for one night and, in my opinion, the place is very beautiful. The room with a balcony is spacious and overlooks greenery, and the windowed bathroom with a shower is quite large. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, friendly, and helpful; she provided fresh water, teas, and other items. The breakfast was super abundant, with fresh brioche, cake, and pancakes, plus many other things, including salty snacks, tea, coffee, and more. Thank you! We will definitely return if we get the chance. I see no issues.

The entire place was immaculate, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was roomy. The Wi‑Fi kept dropping.

The simplicity combined with attention to detail. The location is great, less than a kilometer from a train station that takes you to Venice in just a few dozen minutes. The breakfast is on par with hotels, the owner is kind and caring. There is a garage where you can park a bike and do small maintenance tasks. In short: excellent! Claudio from Gemona
