Simply perfect, especially the cleanliness—it was not just clean, it was spotless! It felt like being at home, with the same comfort. No dust, no specks. Both the bathrooms, the bed, the floors, the curtains—no dust particle moved, and I say that because I’m allergic to dust mites! I highly recommend it, especially for the kindness and the amazing breakfast, an over‑the‑top attention to every detail, even if you were staying at your grandma’s house you haven’t seen in ages and she prepares every dish you love! Davide is fantastic, truly. Thank you for this experience that my husband and I decided to turn into a tradition. We stayed in the “Rose” room and I’m curious to try Edera and Ortensia next time. 💖🌹

The stay was wonderful, rooms spotless and beds comfortable. The owner always offered helpful suggestions for the best sights and eateries, and the breakfast he prepared was truly delicious. We’ll definitely return and highly recommend it!

Everything was brand‑new, clean and orderly. The host was kind and attentive to guests, and the breakfast was satisfactory. I strongly recommend it. The only thing I didn’t like was the toilet brush in the bathroom, which was positioned at the height of a person; a hand‑held toilet cleaner would have been much more hygienic than the standard brush I find everywhere. The bathroom itself was clean and functional, and the shower delivered perfect hot water without any issues.

So comfortable, immaculately clean, impeccably decorated, and with perfect attention to detail. Breakfasts were divine: homemade cakes and desserts, fruit, juices, breads, and perfect coffee! Davide was the perfect host! Ideal spot for exploring the dramatic local area or for a quiet escape… The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave… 😞
