The service was absolutely fantastic, the professionals were absolutely fantastic. We are so happy. The room was gorgeous; I loved the bath tab and the bubbly shower that Rita prepared for us. Nothing negative.

From the moment we arrived until check‑out, the service was exceptional. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. I’m already planning to return. It was a truly memorable stay, and we loved every moment. Huge shout‑out to Tina who looked after us.
St. Regis staff was amazing! I had a wonderful birthday celebration that made me feel super special with lots of birthday cakes and treats!

Good food, friendly team. The pool area renovation was a drawback – the adult pool was closed and we had to share it with families, which wasn’t ideal when we were trying to relax away from our own kids.
Everything was perfect in this big nice hotel with an excellent breakfast and quiet atmosphere. Thank you ❤️❤️. Everything was good.
