Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was very clean and spacious, the staff were wonderful, the bathroom was great, there were places to eat within walking distance, and I thought the price was great too.

The coffee maker was broken.

The staff were friendly, the thermometer was clean and comfortable, but the locking mechanism on the door needed repair or replacement.

The location was good, but the sheets were dirty, there was no jacuzzi as advertised, the pool was not heated, and the fridge was hot.

There was no ice available two floors up, our TV did not work, and it was noisy; the television not working was the most frustrating part, and we called the desk about the TV.
