The staff, despite the language barrier, went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and enjoyable, especially when they arranged an amazing tour during Tet; we’re very grateful for their help. The bathroom shower didn’t work properly, but we tolerated it and would have mentioned it if we had stayed longer.
