Even though the hotel sits just a stone's throw from the city center and the rooms are comfortable, not all of them are actually inside the building; some are in a neighboring condominium. To reach the first floor of that condominium where the hotel rooms are located, we had to use a tiny elevator that unfortunately jammed with us inside, leaving us in a less than ideal situation. We rang the alarm, but no one heard it because the condominium and the hotel are not connected in any way, so we had to call the emergency number, which took some time to arrive. Unbelievable.
