“A perfect place.”
Everything was perfect: the large sea‑water pool was fantastic, the room had an island view, the restaurant and food were very clean, and there were multiple pools. The only issue was the wine, which was too light and faded.

Very disappointing and not a 5‑star experience at all. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stains on furniture, curtains, and towels, rust, accumulated dirt, dirty jacuzzi water, and a strong toilet smell that lingered even after housekeeping arrived. The food and overall condition of the hotel were far below a 5‑star standard. I wanted to leave the evening I arrived, but was told I had to wait until the manager came the next morning. I booked four nights but stayed only one. When I asked to cancel and refund the remaining three nights, the manager argued with me, was extremely unpleasant, and even claimed that I wanted to leave for a completely different reason that I had never mentioned. The whole process took around four exhausting hours before she finally agreed to contact and approve the refund. The experience was so stressful that at one point I ended up crying. I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel currently has an 8.1 rating. The cleanliness, maintenance, food, and handling of my complaint were unacceptable for a 5‑star resort. Honestly, it is a shame.

We stayed in a private suite with a whirlpool, but it was a total disaster. Everywhere was dirty, dusty, stained, with fingerprints, the shower looked never cleaned, the whirlpool was broken and yellowed, the umbrella and loungers unusable, photos didn’t match reality, sinks and other essentials were never cleaned during our stay. Only towels were changed and the floor was mopped (and poorly). The worst part was the bed bugs; every morning I woke up with new bites. Since it was also our honeymoon, I arranged with the manager for flowers in the room, but that never happened. We will never return. This hotel shouldn’t be 5 *; I’ve never seen such a price for a worse hotel.
