The location was good. The hotel itself was fine, but the front‑desk staff was extremely aggressive. She literally yelled at me twice on the checkout day after three uneventful days: first because I reported a water leak in the bathroom, and second that same day when I was retrieving my luggage by pushing the counter door, which had my bag just behind it. The shouting, calling me crazy, continued even after I left.

The location and welcome were good. It was a bit noisy: the neighboring building had loud music, and the bathroom was very small.

The location and view are magnificent, the breakfast varied, the beach towels were provided, and the room service impeccable. The only drawback was that the air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough or seemed too old‑fashioned.
