The surroundings, the entire park, the accommodation, and the staff were all fine. The shower space for departing guests was lacking; I had hoped it would be improved now that it’s under Hilton.

Everything was great. Nothing to complain about.

The surroundings were fantastic, with a beach that had beds and pools with cabanas. The staff and housekeeping left something to be desired – most of the staff were Dutch students and you could feel the lack of passion; more service focus is expected from a four‑star hotel. At check‑out, no one asked how we had been. Housekeeping could improve; we didn’t receive clean bed sheets during our 10‑day stay, and the balcony was neglected. Sand had been on the railing from the start and the outdoor drying rack was partially rusted. The shower holder was broken, something a cleaner should have spotted. The room could use more atmosphere; it’s functional but otherwise plain.

The amenities in the room and at the hotel were good, the location was convenient, and the staff were well‑arranged. The breakfast price was high.

The location is great, you can watch a lovely sunset from the pier and there are nice food options at the restaurants. The rooms felt very basic and didn’t have the luxury feel you’d expect from similarly priced or branded hotels. Reef conservation is needed off the pier to encourage regeneration and bring back more amazing fish.
