Great location, clean rooms, excellent service, and booking was a breeze; they even kept us in the same room when we needed to extend.

The hotel is close to the airport and a shopping mall, but the photos are misleading; the bathroom is old with black silicone and rusted parts, and the noise level is high—cars outside and everything inside the hotel can be heard, including the air‑conditioning. Breakfast was paid for, yet we were told it wouldn’t be available until 6 am when we had to leave earlier, and no “picnic” option was offered. We stayed only one night. The taxis they provide are very expensive, and there was no water or drinking glasses.

The staff were very kind, the rooms and facilities were comfortable and modern, and the staff’s courtesy and respect were a perfect 10; after our trip to Palawan we booked two more nights because we loved it.
