The hotel is very close to the centre and very comfortable. The room was nice and clean, the double bed’s mattress was very comfortable, and the shower was new and high‑tech. The pillows were too small, and there were two single feather pillows instead of a double; I mentioned this to the staff but they ignored my request. Everything was handled online, there was no physical reception.

We only liked the location; we could stroll around Copenhagen without using metro or buses. Everything else was a disappointment: the room was filthy from the start, with dirty windows, windowsills, and a spot under the bed that hadn’t been cleaned in ages. We found candy wrappers, a half‑crushed plastic juice bottle, an empty toilet paper roll, and a huge amount of cobwebs. The radiator and heating didn’t work at all, and with a child under three, she kept saying she was cold. We called both the hostel and the staff, but nobody resolved the issue; we only got empty promises from an AI agent. We asked for an extra blanket and for the heating to be fixed, and they even offered to move us to another room, but we received nothing—no blanket, no working heating, and no solution.

“Et utrygt sted at overnatte.”

The bathroom was nice. The place was really unsafe. No staff were present, a stranger guest entered my room—so the key‑card system and security were broken. Both nights, homeless men were sleeping in the lobby. The hallway smelled of hash. One night I woke up to a man shouting from another room.

Den automatiske indtjekning virkede ikke så jeg skulle selv finde et telefon nummer for at kontakte nogen for at få tjekket ind. Værelset var beskidt. Rullegardin virkede ikke så der kunne ikke rulles for. Toilettet/badet var så lille at man skulle stå på toilettet samt sidde i håndvasken for at være i bad. Døren til værelset så ud til at have været sparket op en gang, da der var udsyn til gangen via en sprække på grund af manglende dørkarm samt den ekstra lås inde fra værelset var knækket af
