I was in a hurry to get home, so staying in the city was a smart move; the place was tidy and clean, and they handed me free coffee or chocolate when I checked out, plus the staff had a friendly smile.

A courteous gentleman processed my check‑in fast and smooth; the on‑site Thai restaurant and drinks sold at reception were handy after a busy day, and a parking spot right outside my room made it easy to reorganise my car; the location was ideal for my North Brisbane appointments, the room was clean and roomy, and I’d gladly return—thanks Comfort Inn team! :)

The room was roomy and the spot was great, but it had a slight odor that was a bit off; my daughter slipped off her shoes and socks and walked around for about 10 minutes, then when she sat and lifted her feet we saw the floor was filthy, and the extra blanket we pulled out was dirty too; the entire room definitely needs a deep clean.

The place was very clean and tidy, the on‑site Thai restaurant was convenient, and the new modern facilities were comfortable; a few more extra pillows would have been nice, but otherwise nothing else comes to mind.

Everything about our stay was wonderful—staff even left my partner and me a bottle of wine and a congratulatory note for our 20th anniversary; no complaints at all.
