During my stay, I encountered a mix of pleasant and frustrating experiences. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to assist me, which made a significant difference in my overall stay. However, the hotel's infrastructure left much to be desired, with frequent power outages that made the room heating ineffective, especially during the cold weather.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, with some truly exceptional service from the receptionist who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. However, the hotel's overall condition left much to be desired, with signs of wear and tear evident throughout. The breakfast options were also somewhat limited, with a single paratha being the only hot item available, and when we asked for more, we were told they were out of stock and could only offer plain bread without any accompaniments.
