The spot’s perfect. The room was clean and comfy. This is my second stay there.

Apart from the location, we found no other positives. At least the linen and towels were fresh, and the bath accessories were available (though I didn’t want to use them because the shower was subpar, and water leaked from the toilet onto the floor—looks like the tank was dripping). 1) None of the photos matched the room we got; the information was incomplete and we were told we needed to read the description. 2) The address changed, but it was nearby. 3) The room was dirty, with a Soviet‑Georgian hallway interior, dog food scattered around, and a stray mutt lying under the stairs at the entrance. We were with small kids, so it was unpleasant to unshoe them. We arrived at 22:00, so there was no time to change anything. I don’t want to argue or be rude, but it’s not nice to act that way!

The spot’s great and the rooms are nice and clean, but double‑check what you booked. I booked a Suite with a mountain view and balcony, but on arrival we were told it wasn’t available and handed a king suite without a balcony. We were told it was a good deal and shown the king suite’s listing price, which was higher. When we checked ourselves, all room prices had risen. We discovered three properties with the same address and photos: 30a Ioseb Grishashvili Street – Grane House, Golden Grape, and Vine House. The same rooms are listed at different prices. It’s clear they’re double‑booking and giving rooms to the highest bidder while “upgrading” others. Also, you can only leave a review if you stayed at the property and noticed the property has responded to other reviews saying “you never stayed here.”
