The bed was comfortable, the shower powerful, the location prime (yet quiet), bottled water refilled daily, and the wifi was decent. The hairdryer was weak, so I’ll bring my own next year.

Located in the spa town of Bad Bertrich, Kurhotel Quellenhof is a restored nunnery offering individually decorated rooms with desks, seating areas, satellite TVs, and en suite bathrooms with hairdryers. The hotel features wellness facilities, a beer garden, and nearby access to the Vulkan Eifel Therme natural spa, which utilizes 32° natural spring water for its treatments.

Quiet, parking, excellent breakfast, large room, hotel near the baths; the room décor was a bit outdated and not very pretty.

Very good welcome, and despite the language barrier we managed to communicate perfectly.
