The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean. A kettle was available in the room for making coffee or tea. Sound insulation was good. The nearby "Indigo" parking lot was convenient. No particular issues.

The location is good, though it's on a fairly busy street, so it can get a bit noisy, mainly from emergency vehicles rather than people. Public transport is close. There are many nearby restaurants offering various cuisines. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well, and everything was very clean. Nothing bad—just what I needed.

The location was very central. The staff at breakfast were a problem; the person in charge of room number control was very unpleasant and rude. My breakfast was included in my reservation, yet he insisted I had to pay, claiming it wasn't included. Even if it had been a mistake or misunderstanding during check‑in (which it wasn’t), it should have been handled with better education and manners.

Tolle Lage Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer hatte einige Macken an den Wänden. Der Teppich war nicht ganz sauber. Nicht alle Schalter/Lampen haben funktioniert. Das Badezimmer war extrem klein. Die Duschhalterung war locker. Es war recht laut, die Fenster sind nicht ganz gräuschschluckend
