The breakfast was decent. The bed was set up for one person even though we booked for two, and there was a nasty nose‑crayon stain on the sheet. We had no hand or hair towels, no hot water, and no shower pressure. A man even entered our room while we slept, even though the door was locked from the inside, which made us feel very unsafe.

I travel a lot and stay in hotels for 5–7 days at a time. This hotel was very good. I was warmly welcomed, the front‑desk lady was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was tidy, and the duvet and pillows were spotless. It’s a great spot; if you’re heading to Belfort, I’d recommend it.

I travel a lot and see many young people in some hotels who are either polite, racist, or indifferent, but this one made me feel very welcome. The staff were respectful, the front‑desk lady was very friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The duvet and pillows were very clean. I’d advise anyone heading to Belfort to stay here.
