The staff never saw the keys, which were left on the desk in the room; it was just very cold, the radiators didn’t work at night, and I ended up getting sick – not comfortable at all.

The host was friendly, everything was fine, nothing to complain about, and the location was beautiful.

There was no breakfast, but the location was great because I had to be close to a company; I slept excellently. There was no human contact and I couldn’t get the TV working because I don’t have app accounts.

There was a large common area with coffee and tea, and the reception was friendly. The place was very noisy; the shower, toilet, and neighbors’ conversations were all audible. The room felt a bit bleak. In the bathroom the shower cabin didn’t close properly, the cheap toilet paper holder kept dropping the roll, and the light near the mirror was broken.
