I’ve spent twelve years traveling abroad and this was the worst service I’ve ever encountered.

The hotel is simple, located in a convenient spot, rooms are large and clean, with a kettle and small fridge in each room; there’s a big balcony where we ate breakfast – highly recommended, though the toilets have a bad smell, which is a common issue in most places in Georgia.

We enjoyed a great stay in Zugdidi before catching the nearby Marshrutka to Mestia the next morning. The room was comfortable, clean, and had good AC and all the necessities. Breakfast was tasty, served in a charming dining room with beautiful antique furniture. The guest house’s office room looked like a museum, filled with interesting books, artifacts, and photos of the family’s Soviet‑era history—definitely worth a look.

The place was very clean, well equipped, and the breakfast was tasty. The room faced the street and was a bit noisy.
