Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The staff answered right away, the room was spotless and the shower gave a solid hot stream. The only downside was that the bathroom is shared and sits outside the room, and the bath towels were annoyingly tiny. Overall, the service and cleanliness made up for the small inconveniences.

Everything was a disaster: the rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, the drinking water tasted like it came straight from the street, and the sheets and blankets were dirty. The towels were gross, the bathroom was filthy and foul‑smelling, and I couldn’t even bear to lie on the beds. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is convenient and the staff are attentive, but the room I was given was a real letdown – it hadn’t been cleaned properly, had a strong mold odor, and the fan was covered in dust. I had to keep the door open just to get any fresh air, and the bathroom suffered from the same moldy, dirty conditions. The positives end at the front desk.

The hotel sits in a nice spot, yet the room door was broken and the air was heavy with cigarette smoke. The bathroom was stinky, the pillow felt like a rock, the towel looked used, and there was loud conversation past 10 pm right by the window. On top of that, there’s no parking available.

I paid for a reservation and arrived on a Sunday night to find the reception locked and nobody answering the intercom. I ended up waiting about thirty minutes on the sidewalk with no response, and I’m still waiting for at least a partial refund. This whole experience was frustrating and unacceptable.
