“Great beachfront property”

The property is huge, truly amazing and spacious, making me feel at ease. The beachfront spot is gorgeous and spotless. Staff were wonderful, courteous, and respectful. They welcomed us with a coconut drink after a long journey, brightening our day. The view is breathtaking; I honestly wanted to stay forever, forgetting everything else and enjoying the peace. The shower right by the beach is handy, letting you exit clean, and kids safely play in the designated area. The beach in front of the property is beautiful and you can swim—after reading comments I was unsure, but it’s possible in the safe zone to avoid risky spots. The bathroom lighting could be improved, and while we had to walk out for restaurants, the nearest one is just a 5‑minute walk.

The living room attached to the room offers a nice view. The location is a drawback: nothing nearby, no breakfast served, and the beach isn’t really a beach.

“Not satisfying”

The location is good. The manager’s behavior was disappointing.

“I would live here alone too.. for months if possible”

Breakfast was excellent with a great in‑house selection. Manager Nilanga was very helpful, always present in person or via WhatsApp, and arranged transport to our next destination. Rooms are huge with massive poster beds. The location is unbeatable, with waves reaching the steps of the Beachhouse; we spent hours staring at the sea. The house is very secure and tastefully decorated. Two powerful ACs in the room cooled even the foyer and outdoor sitting areas. Some traffic noise at night, no refrigerator (they plan to add one), pillows could be better, and Wi‑Fi is non‑existent in the rooms.

“Perfect stay. A home away from home.”

I really enjoyed the vibe of the property—it felt like a beach bungalow, pleasant and calming. There was nothing to dislike about the property.
