The facilities are great, service is attentive, you can borrow umbrellas, the swimming is superb, the restaurant tasty and breakfast outstanding, but the deposit requirement is inconvenient – many hotels just charge outright, and I don’t understand why a deposit is still needed for a later refund; international cards are processed slowly, which isn’t very convenient for foreign guests.
