Great room and views, and excellent service, especially from the restaurant and reception. Nothing negative.

The location is superb, right downstairs from Taikoo Li with everything you could need, the room isn’t huge but comfortable and offers a great view; however, paying 1800 HKD a night for a room without a capsule coffee machine was unacceptable, the furnishings and equipment are only average in condition, and although breakfast offers many choices, none of the dishes are particularly tasty.

Location is perfect. Facilities new and sufficient friendly staff. The price on booking I booked at taxes fees included AUD $ 1296. However at check out the total became: AUD $1769. No extended or extra consumptions. Added 2 days breakfast just not sure where went wrong for the extra charges. Try to communicate and they insist there are more taxes and fees. Otherwise would be a perfect Shanghai Hotel!
