I booked a room expecting to pay –859/-, but the manager told me the rate was 1971/-, then they took 1500/-. When I got to the room, the bedsheet, pillow cover, and blanket were all dirty with stains. There were no towels or basic washroom supplies like soap, shampoo, or hand wash, and the bathroom was unhygienic and unclean. I asked for a room change, but the new room had the same issues and smelled bad. At 11:30 a police officer arrived; when I asked why they were knocking, they said they were checking, but I had already submitted my documents, so I wondered if something illegal was happening. In the morning we ordered breakfast—paneer paratha and chai—but the parathas had no paneer, and although breakfast was supposed to be free, they charged us, and the manager quoted double the price. The manager is cheap and tries to overcharge everything. I would advise against staying here.
