Great location, 5 minutes from Acciaroli beaches. Alessandra, the owner, is super helpful and courteous, and the rest of the staff is very attentive. Parking is very convenient, and the property stays out of the summer chaos. The rooms with a shared terrace and only a door‑window feel a bit sacrificial, but still manageable for a weekend.

I have stayed here multiple times and always feel great. The room is very clean, equipped with everything needed for comfort (comfortable bed and mattress, large fridge, very spacious furniture with plenty of hooks, a large terrace with chairs, a table and a drying rack – many small details missing in most hotels). Parking is ample for cars. The staff and owner are very friendly. Breakfast is wonderful, with homemade pastries that are tasty and genuine. Everything is perfect.

Alessandra’s cakes are exceptional… the lemon and ricotta one is top! Everyone is very kind and attentive.

Alessandra, the owner, was incredibly kind. The cleanliness and comfort were outstanding, and the location was just a stone's throw from Agnone's beaches. The breakfast was excellent, and we’ll definitely come back.
