The hotel sits directly opposite the university, and we were there for a football game, so the location was great. The building itself was very clean. However, the toilet in our room flushed slowly and the water pressure was low. The night staff member seemed more interested in paperwork than in helping guests, barely paying attention when we asked for snacks or needed help lowering the air conditioning; he even said there was no maintenance on site to assist us.

The spot was ideal, right across from UAlbany 🩷. It was a bit more expensive than staying downtown Albany or closer to the airport.
