“Good stay but small concerns”
The spot is excellent, sitting between a quieter part of town and a livelier strip a bit further down. The room was spotless, and when we extended our stay we were moved to another clean room. Renting a scooter was easy and cheap. Overall, a good stay, though the end left us a bit disappointed. We were first told the upgraded balcony and bath room we booked was unavailable due to a previous guest’s fault and were offered a windowless room. We said we’d wait for the amenities we wanted, and the room became available again, but when we checked in it was still not the room we paid for. We didn’t complain because it was clean and had a balcony, so we didn’t want to fuss over a small issue. When we returned the scooter at the agreed time, no one was at the front desk. We tried three times and finally, at 10:30, someone handed it to us. They later tried to blame us for the late key return, which soured the experience. The staff were friendly, but the situation left us feeling almost ripped off.

I stayed for four days and the room was never cleaned; I even found ants and a cockroach inside.
