Julio, the gentleman who welcomed me, was friendly. They tried to charge me a different, higher amount than what was agreed in the app. I left my belongings in the room and my phone charging because Julio let me, while I decided whether to keep the reservation. When I returned to retrieve them, the room’s fan was on, meaning someone had entered. My phone never charged, and after I left the hostel I found that my wallet had been robbed. It was a sad and terrible experience; I do not recommend it.
