The hotel is very central and easy to get around, and the staff were extremely helpful, yet the lack of an elevator made staying on the top floor somewhat inconvenient.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the room was very dirty—cleaners must have been on holiday. I booked and paid for two nights but only stayed one because I couldn’t bear to stay any longer; it seemed the room hadn’t been cleaned in over a month, dust everywhere, cobwebs everywhere, even the balcony ashtray was dirty. The photos are amazing, but the reality was a huge disappointment; you get what you pay for, but no excuse for dirt.

The balcony was nice and the staff were friendly; there were some restaurants and a 7‑11 a few blocks away, but there was no lift and no mini‑fridge in the room.

I appreciated how the hotel sits right in the heart of the city, giving me quick access to supermarkets, eateries, bars, and chill spots. The room felt cozy and spotless, and the front‑desk crew and the higher‑up staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the building isn’t too tall, which made me feel safer, especially in case of earthquakes. All in all, it was a nice, comfortable, and convenient stay. (bow)
