The location is great, the scenery is beautiful and the beach is good. The hotel’s pool is fine, dinner tastes good, and the staff are responsive and polite. The room doesn’t match the photos posted; breakfast and lunch are very bland compared to the pictures shown. There are very few activities for kids and the exercise machines are broken.

The hotel’s atmosphere, Greek food, pool right in front of the room, and friendly staff were great, but the folding cot for my son was rusty and dirty – every movement woke us all up, which was unacceptable, and they only changed towels and sheets every four days.

The hotel overall matches its price and quality. The staff were very friendly and always tried to help—when the air‑conditioning stopped working, they moved us to another room without any hassle. The food was decent, though the selection was a bit monotonous, but something tasty was always available. The pool was clean, the area well maintained, and many families with children were around. A big plus was the location: close to the sea, with shops, a port, and everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Overall, a good option for a calm holiday without inflated expectations. The towels should be replaced with new ones.

Room was ok. Pool was ok. Staff in the pool bar were amazing and friendly. Staff cleaning the room were also friendly. Worst part of the stay , hotel had some contractors/ external staff that are predatorial and disrespectful. Guy was hitting on my partner, offering to buy her drinks from outside the hotel telling her how will be better, when my partner politely refused he continued on asking and pushing on getting her instagram and telling her to go visit him on the other hotel he is working too. Other bad points. We book for a three bed or 2 bed & sofa bedroom (payed extra for superior room, to accommodate this) and we got a simple room with a double bed. Food was mostly the same between days snd meals. Same salats, appetisers etc. resulting in food been old, shaggy, lacking freshness etc. In general under no circumstances the hotel does score 4 stars. Food was disappointing most of the times. Toilet near the pool had dirty / burned seats, ping pong table had broken balls, darts had no darts to play, external gym was at least tired if not not usable. It is obvious the hotel has no management or no auditors to check what is going on. Staff look over exhausted, and appears the place is running in their need for work instead on good structure. Whoever own the building has completely forgot about quality and customer satisfaction. Above all not feeling safe , in a hotel , special in one you dozy all inclusive and can drink free, is a no no. Strict policy on flirting should be in place for both staff and external professionals, something

I was blown away by the breathtaking ocean views from my balcony, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom and the quality of the food.
