The hotel’s surroundings are spotless and peaceful, and the front desk team is both friendly and efficient. My room was roomy with comfy beds, and everything in the facilities worked properly. The location is excellent, with transport options that are very convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that I’d definitely recommend and plan to return to.

Staying at Kezi Holiday Hotel was fantastic; it sits right next to Qingyang Wanda Plaza, where you can find countless restaurants and shops downstairs, and it’s close to Chengdu West Railway Station for easy travel. The room was tidy, with soft bedding and user‑friendly smart devices. Hot water flowed steadily and the sound insulation was effective. The front desk staff were efficient and polite. The hotel offers great value for money whether you’re on a business trip or a short break, and I’ll book it again on my next visit to Chengdu.
