The location is great with a lovely view, excellent facilities, friendly staff, bagel service, a pool, and family‑friendly activities on site, a large garden, and fantastic play equipment for kids.

Four of us had plenty of space, two balconies, and the kids loved the pool; the ski run was barely 50 m away.

The spot is convenient, but because you booked through Booking, towels and tea towels weren’t automatically provided—this is mentioned in the fine print. You can rent them for a fair price, yet it feels like a complaint that you booked via Booking, with remarks such as “this is not a hotel, of course it doesn’t work.” It doesn’t make you feel welcome.

The location was really top, right on the slope so you could ski straight to the lift. A car could be parked inside the garage. The people working there were very nice and helpful.
